In this tut ill be using the image below.
First of all got to layers and duplicate the image and set it to softlight.
When you have done that go to effects then distoration effects and you should find ripple effects. Then Click it
After that a box should appear in the screen like the one below and set the settings same as mine.
Then use the eraser tool and rub the face and body of the image.
