In this tut ill be using the picture below.
First of all go to effects then image effect and hover then you should see seamless tiling
After that click Seamless tiling and something should apper like the one below.
Make sure you have the same setting as mine. When you have done that, click ok and you should have a final product if you want you can add some brushes,effects and border like
the one below.
