First of all you have to download The brushes that you want and save them anywhere.
Now get your PSP open and go to File > Import > Custom Brush.
After that you must now locate the brush...go to Open and find the brush, then press okay.
Now after you've found the brush, just press Add All so all the brushes are now added
And your finish, your brushes should be paint brush tool .
