1. First, you must download Psp 8 or 9. Once you've downloaded it open up the image that your going to use.
2. Now go to Effects>> Artistic Effects>> Aged Newspaper. Something like this should pop up:
3. You can change the setting to a lighter one, just do whatever fits you. Click "Ok" and you got it!
