Now, first make sure you have your layer palette out. after your palette is out, duplicate the picture
After you've duplicated it, set the layer to SCREEN
Now, go to adjust>brightness and contrast>brightness/contrast and then match your settings to mine:
After that press okay and you should end up with something similiar to this!
