Fake vector
1. Open up PSP 8 or 9. Open up an image that your going to fake vectorize with. Need help? Go to File >> Open >> Select your file. I'm going to use a Kelly Clarkson pic as my example, you can use it too for practice:
2. Once you've done that, go to Effects >> Artistic Effects >> Posterize. Something like this should pop up:
3. Now make the level to 8, you can make it lower to make it more posterized, but I chose 8 as an average. Click "Ok". Now go to Adjust >> Add Remove Noise >> Edge Perserving Smooth. Something like this will pop up:
4. Make the "Amount of Smoothing" to 30. You can make it lower to make it less smooth or make it higher to make it alot smoother. Click "Ok" and wallah!
