1. Open Notepad, put all the above codes in your index page up to the < body > part, like this:
2. Name that file header.php. Make a new page by clicking Ctrl N on your keyboard.
3. Put your bottom info that was in your index page onto the file, and name that file footer.php. Here's an example:
4. Upload header.php and footer.php. Add the code below on every content page that you have, like goodies, or tutorials, etc. The part that says "Content Goes Here" you put the content that was on the page. Also take out the spaces between < ? and after.
5. Now change all your pages or content pages to .php instead of whateverfilename.html or whateverfilename.htm
