First of all lets start by opening Paint shop pro 8.In this tutorial ill be using Gwen Stefani.
Go to adjust and scroll down to colour balance,then click automatic colour balance and copy the same setting below.
Then make a new raster layer and set it to screen with 60% opacity with this colour #548590.
After that make another raster layer and set it to burn this time with 30% opacity with this colour 000000.
And your done here is my final Product.
