First of all lets start by opening Paint shop pro 8.In this tutorial ill be using Justin Timberlake.
Make a new raster layer and set it to screen with 82% opacity with this colour #FF85A5.
Then make another raster layer and set it to burn with 100% opacity with this colour #699DB5
After that make anothr raster layer again and set it to multiply with 52% opacity with this colour #FFCB87
Then go to layers scroll down until you find Merge and click merge visble.
Finally go to adjust then scroll down until you find Sharpness and click sharpen
And your done here is my final Product.
