First of all open up Paint shop pro 8 . In this tutorial ill be using Beyonce.
First make a new raster layer and set it softligth and 17% opacity when you finish that fill it with this colour #FFFF00.
Then make another raster layer but this time set it to overlay 100% opacity and fill it with this colour #358ABB.
After that make another raster layer but this time set it to screen 100% and paste and copy the gradeint below
When you have done that make another raster layer and set it to screen 100% opacity then copy and paste
the texture below.
You should have the same layers as mine .
Then click on layers and scroll down till you find merge then click merge flatten.
Your Done Viola! .
