First of all open up Paint shop pro 8 . In this tutorial ill be using Beyonce.
First click in adjust then scroll down till you find Brigthness/contrast after that click it and a box should appear like the one below or you could use the shortcut by typing (Ctrl+B).
Then set the settings like mine and click ok when you have done.
After that click on adjust again but this time go on Automatic Contrast Enchancement .
A box should popup like the one below and set the setting like mine.
When you have done that click on adjust button again and this time go to Automatic Saturation Enchancment.
A box should pop up and set it like mine below.
Lastly go on adjust again and click on Automatic Contrast Enchancement and set the setting like the one below.
Yay your done your avatar should be like mine below.
