First of all open up your Paint shop pro 8 to start. In this toturial ill be using Beyonce.
First duplicate your image by going to layers then scroll down till you find Duplicate.
Once you have duplicate in the rigth side corner you well see your layers then rigth click on the text where it say normal and change that to overlay.
After you have change that you should get a rich colour effect then make a new raster layer and set it to soft ligth.
After you have done that, fill it with this colour #4D9AB3.
Then make another raster layer but this time set it to screen 100% opacity when you have done that copy and paste the gradient below.
When you have done that make another raster layer but this time set it to burn and 17% opacity and fill it with this colour #FFFF00.
You should now get the same layers as mine here.
Now your finish you can add brushes or mask if you want .
